Pass Guarantee
We guarantee you will
pass your certification exams! If the registered user of an
AppDev CD/DVD Certification Learning Suite or AppDev OnDemand
Certification Learning Library fails the corresponding
certification exams twice subsequent to the date of purchase of
our certification training, the training may be returned for the
full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. To
qualify for a refund, the registered user must present AppDev
with the following within 180 days of purchase:

Proof of two scores of 95%
or better on two different MeasureUp practice exams, if
practice exams were included with the training suite or
library. |

Proof of
two failures for the Microsoft Certification Exam,
including copies of both receipts with exam results and
dates of failed exams. |

For CD/DVD
training, returned products must be in good and working
condition. AppDev reserves the right to refuse damaged
or incomplete returns. For AppDev OnDemand training,
access to your learning library will be discontinued
upon return. This pass guarantee only applies to
single-user licensed AppDev CD/DVD Certification
Learning Suites or AppDev OnDemand Certification
Learning Libraries if purchased directly from AppDev. |

IIf the registered user provides written proof that he/she
has passed the certification exam that correlates with the
Certification Learning purchased and has become certified, we will pay
the registered user $100. To submit written proof of
