Management
Craig Jensen, President and CEO, joined
AppDev in 1994. Under his direction, the company obtained and has retained its
strong national presence, including the #1 rating in the Computer Training Firms
and several awards for best training in the industry (Readers Choice Awards, Visual
Studio Magazine, 2003-2008;
more).
Previously, Jensen was CFO for PROEX Photo Systems in Minneapolis, VP and CFO of
Dataserv in Minneapolis, VP of Equitable Life Leasing in San Diego and worked
for Deloitte & Touche where he was involved in the audit services area. He
holds both BS and MS degrees from the University of North Dakota.
Martin Schaeferle, Vice President of
Technology, has been with AppDev since
1994 and is responsible for managing the company’s use of technology. He is
both an instructor and author and has been a featured speaker at numerous
national conferences such as Microsoft Tech*Ed, Developer Days, and Microsoft
Channel Summit. Prior to AppDev, he worked at Pinnacle Publishing (leading
provider of developer-based newsletters) and Microsoft Corporation. Martin is a
Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Computer Engineering from Pacific Lutheran University.
Ray Littlefield, Director of Sales,
joined AppDev in 2005 and is responsible for leading and growing the sales
department. He has
been involved in computer-based technical learning solutions since 1999, with
experience in both telesales and enterprise solution selling. Prior to selling
learning solutions, he had several years of selling experience in the office
equipment and wireless communication industries. He is currently on the
Executive Board of Directors for the Minnesota Professional Association for
Computer Trainers (PACT). Ray’s educational background is one of US Navy Nuclear
Physics with Advanced Electronics and he served on submarines during his
enlistment.
